During the pandemic, UT freshman Ava Nielsen has taken advantage of her home studio: she writes, records, and, with the help of her sound engineer dad, produces songs. Afterglow had the opportunity to capture Nielsen recording a cover of “Take Me to Church” by Hozier and working on original music.
